How do I travel free? Top

As the Group Leader, you automatically travel free. We will then discuss with you how other key members of your group may travel free, as well.

What about my itinerary? Top

See our selection of over 75 exciting itineraries to choose from. They are all flexible, customizable, and tailored to your specifications. Just let us know which one you prefer and how you wish to tailor it.

How do I promote my trip? Top

Once your initial itinerary is selected and tailored to your specifications, you are welcome to copy and distribute it to all your group members.

What's included? Top

Round trip transportation (motorcoach transportation and/or airfare as required), hotel accommodations, breakfast and dinner daily, full guided touring, admission to attractions and all items as specified in your tour proposal and price quote.

What's not included? Top

Souvenir shopping and usually lunch. Lunches are generally of a fast food nature and are purchased independently. However, lunches can be included in your tour if you so desire.

Deposit? Final Payment? Top

Once we make your initial reservation for you, we will create a flexible payment plan that works for you and your group. Typically, a deposit is due within 30-60 days after booking and final payment 30 days prior to departure. We will discuss the particulars with you based on your situation and how far away or how close you are to your departure date.

Cancellation? Top

We offer the Best Cancellation Policy out there! All payments are fully refundable until the final payment is made at the 30 day mark. 30 days or less prior to departure payments are no longer refundable.

Trip cancellation insurance? Top

Due to our Remarkable Cancellation Policy, we get very few requests for trip cancellation insurance. Should you require it, www.insuremytrip.com offers you the most efficient and cost effective way to compare all the trip cancellation options available.

What about large groups? (More than 35) Top

Large groups are our specialty! Larger groups are usually the most cost effective and get the best prices. Our largest motor coaches hold a maximum of 56 passengers per coach.

What about small groups? (Less than 35) Top

For our smaller groups, we have 47 and 35 passenger coaches, 28 and 22 passenger mini-coaches and 14 passenger vans. Because each group has its own agenda, our policy is not to combine 2 or more small groups on the same vehicle. In order to save money and really feel like locals, many of our smaller groups whisk around their host city along with their guide utilizing public transport.

Hotels? Top

Your group stays at one of our student friendly hotels that are experienced in hosting student groups such as Holiday Inn, Ramada, Choice Hotels, Days Inn, Quality Inn and Best Western usually located in the suburbs of your host city. Upgraded hotels such as Marriott, Westin and Doubletree are also available.

Guides? Top

Our experienced local licensed guides will acquaint you with your host city. They will explore it with you from an educational perspective with a focus on your particular agenda and grade level.

Meals? Top

Breakfasts are at the hotel, either continental or full American depending on what the hotel offers. Lunches are usually of a fast food, food court nature that is convenient to your itinerary (lunches are typically not included unless you want them to be). Dinners are typically either meal voucher program, food court or restaurant. Various dinner options are available including buffets, theme restaurants, dinner cruises and dinner theaters as per your request.

We feature the most popular attractions in your host city. The attractions you visit are available to see in our itineraries and are tailored to your specifications: historical sights, museums, behind-the-scenes tours, theme parks, etc.

Evening Activities? Top

We feature the most popular evening activities in your host city. The evening activities you select are available to see in our itineraries and are tailored to your specifications: theater performances, evening tours, ball games, harbor cruises, ghost tours etc.
